When you choose to pseudonymise the data sent to the provider, as below, Skolons pseudonymisation module creates fictitious names and e-mail addresses for students and teachers, as well as fictitious names of classes and groups. Teachers can see which pseudonyms have been created for the students in the Teachers´ room.

When teachers open a tool from a provider that receives pseudonymised data, they see their pseudonym inside the tool.

To enable pseudonymisation of user data to a provider, proceed as follows:

1. Open Skolon Data Visualisation.

2. Click the Data Protection icon in the upper right corner.

3. Search for and click on the provider to which you want to pseudonymise user data.

4. Enable Share pseudonymised data to supplier.
