Oops! Have you just tried to log in to Skolon but received an error message?

The most common reasons for not finding an account usually are:
- The user account doesn't exist in Skolon at all, or
- The email address or other value used for login doesn't match between the school's login and what's in Skolon.
How can I resolve the issue?
If you are a student...
Contact your teacher or an administrator at your school and let them know that you can't log in to Skolon.
If you are a teacher or other staff member at a school...
Contact an administrator at your school or an administrator for the entire school authority and inform them that you can't log in to Skolon.
