The new data protection regulation, GDPR, entails increased security responsibility for Schools and municipalities when it comes to handling user data.

The Skolons unique functions provide the opportunity to control all its user data in digital tools - in a completely new way.

If you are an Administrator in Skolon and your school or municipality has activated Skolon's data visualisation tool, you can see this easily by having an icon in your collection called Data Visualisation. In this tool you have the possibility to manage the user data in your digital tools in Skolon, such as to see which tools that have tasks, stop and delete data, and get reports.

Click on the Data Visualization icon, and you will access the functions with one click!
