An essential part of creating a good user experience is that there is a well-thought-out and simple way to reach Skolon, both for teachers and students. This is what we at Skolon call the user journey - that is, how teachers and students reach their collection in Skolon based on your digital school environment.
How the user journey will look in your particular organisation depends on what your digital school environment looks like. The most important factors in your digital school environment to take into account are:
- What digital devices are used (e.g. iPads, Chromebooks, PCs, Macs, etc.)
- Which collaboration platform is used (e.g. Google Workspace or Office 365)
- Is there a common learning platform used by teachers and/or students?
