It is always possible to cancel a purchase in Skolon within 14 days of completing the order.
Here's how to do it:
Go to the School Admin tool from My Apps
Click on Tools in the menu on the left
Click on Order History in the top menu
If it is possible to cancel the order, you will see the following button to the right of the order
Click the button to cancel the order
