When you opt to pseudonymise the data sent to a supplier, as outlined below, Skolon's pseudonymisation module creates fictitious names and email addresses for pupils and teachers, along with fictitious designations for classes and groups. Teachers can view the pseudonyms created for pupils in "My classes."
When teachers open a tool from a supplier that receives pseudonymised data, they'll see their pseudonym within the tool.
To activate pseudonymisation of user data for a supplier, first get in touch with the supplier and/or Skolon support for further information on what happens once you switch on the feature for that particular supplier.
Once you've made contact with the supplier and/or Skolon, please follow these steps:
Open Skolon Data Visualisation.
Click the Data Protection icon in the left-hand menu.
Search for and click on the supplier for whom you wish to pseudonymise user data.
Activate Share pseudonymised data with the supplier.
