DPA Registration and Report

In this view, as an organisation administrator, you can see which suppliers your principal organisation uses tools from. You'll see how many tools are being used from each supplier, along with the number of users who have used those tools.

In the last column, you can indicate whether your principal organisation has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the supplier in question. Tap on the table row to register if an agreement has been signed.

Skolon's DPA report function compiles how many suppliers are in use and how many you haven't yet signed a DPA with.

Please note that marking an agreement as "signed" within this function is not legally binding in any way. The sole purpose of this feature is to allow you, as the principal organisation, to register which suppliers you have entered into agreements with.
