Guardians is an app designed to make it easier for you as a guardian to follow and support your child's schooling—directly from your mobile. The app is developed to work in conjunction with schools that use Skolon.

What can I do in Guardians?

With Guardians, you as a guardian gain access to a range of digital functions connected to your child's school day. The available functions may vary depending on how the school chooses to use the app, but they can include:

• Access to your child's digital school tools See which digital tools and learning materials your child uses via Skolon. Please note that some providers of digital tools may choose to restrict access for guardians, meaning not all tools will be visible in the app.

• School information Stay updated with current information from the school.

• Class list and teacher contacts See which students are in your child's class and find contact details for teachers.

• Assignments in Microsoft Teams and Google Classroom Get an overview of your child's submissions, homework, and assignments in the platforms used by the school.

Important to Know

The functions within the app can differ between schools. It is your school that determines which parts of Guardians are available to you as a guardian. Additionally, providers of digital tools can control if and how their services are shared with guardians, which may affect their availability in the app.
