In your collection, click on Data Visualisation.

At the top of the page that appears, you will get an overview of the total number of providers, tools, and licenses associated with your initiated demos.

You can filter by different time periods, including 7, 30, and 90 days. Click on the downward arrow to the right of the date range and select the desired period.

You can also search for a specific tool.

You can filter by school (if you are an organization administrator or manage multiple schools as a School administrator). You can also filter by one or more subjects. Click the 'Filter' button to apply the filters.

You can export your list as a CSV file using the Export function. NOTE: If you have applied filters to your list, the exported result will be based on the filtered data.
